Kevin Kai Ma is an experienced registered architect with over 15 years of expertise in designing innovative, sustainable, and ccontextually rich spaces that respond to both people and place. Passionate about blending functionality with aesthetics, creating spaces that cater to both user experience and environmental responsibility.

His work spans a variety of sectors, including residential, public, and cultural projects, with an emphasis on modern design principles and green building technologies.  As a certified Passive House Designer, we have particular expertise in predictive energy-efficient modelling to achieve design solutions that achieve Passive House standards of comfort and energy conservation.

As the Director of Studio Kai Ma Architect Ltd, Kevin leads the design of innovative spaces that harmonise with their surroundings while meeting the client requirements, delivered from concept to completion.

Kevin is driven by a deep understanding of design history, construction technologies, and a commitment to making architecture that is thoughtful and impactful.
